VoIP Calling Over 3G Arrives on the iPhone

Media_httpcdnmashable_ucweu

iCall, a service that allows for free calls on the desktop, web, and iPhone, has come across an interesting revelation in the new iPhone/iPad SDK released earlier today: Apple has dropped the restriction that made it impossible to have VoIP calls over 3G.

All iPhanatics should have WhatsApp Messenger

WhatsApp only works among users who have the application, so after you download WhatsApp, make sure to use the "Tell a Friend" feature to share this App with the friends and contacts in your address book.

And yes, of course BlackBerry and iPhone contacts can chat with each other - Download WhatsApp for BlackBerry today from the AppWorld-->

And yes, of course BlackBerry and iPhone contacts can chat with each other once BlackBerry app is available

WhatsApp on iPhone now supports Facebook Connect. Share your mobile status with your Facebook friends and Address Book contacts!

@genesoo introduced this to me - its a FREE SMS app to anyone with an iPhone, the app and is in your address book. And the best thing is it doesn't restrict you to 140 characters and lets you customize backgrounds in chat.

Its free so please get it so the iPhanatics crew can always text each other for free.

Aurora Feint 2 Free for a limited Time!!!

I was a big fan of Aurora Feint 1. I had a lot of fun playing it and I just saw that on twitter the 2nd version of this app is free so just grab it while you can and check the game out.

Have fun!

You can view some Youtube clips to see how to chain up moves in this game. Addictive stuff. I haven't play 2 yet but should be good.

ESPN 2010 World Cup

What's starting in about 139 days and 16 hours?

Right, the biggest sport event this year: FIFA Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa.

And there is altready an App for that: ESPN 2010 World Cup: iTunes Link

But for some reason (only known to ESPN) this App in only available in the US App Store. But if you have an account for the US Store this is definitely worth checking out for all football fans. It shows you the schedule, match time (in HK Time and South Africa time), statistics about the players etc.

And it's FREE.

iPhone App saved US man's life from Haiti Quake

Croppeddanwooley

An American filmmaker trapped under rubble in last week's

Haiti earthquake credits an iPhone app with helping him survive.

Stuck for 65 hours in the lobby of his Port-au-Prince hotel, Dan Woolley turned to an iPhone first-aid app he'd downloaded to look up treatment of excessive bleeding and compound fracture. He then used his shirt to make a tourniquet for a gash in his leg and a sock to stanch the bleeding from his head wound.

Adobe Flash Coming to iPhone, Whether Apple Likes It or Not | Mac|Life

Adobe Flash on iPhone

Love it or hate it, Adobe Flash is finally making the leap from the desktop to handheld devices in a big way this year -- including the iPhone, whether or not Apple wants to bless its existence.

A few months back there were already some apps that used CS5 beta to release some apps, like http://www.thatroachgame.com/ ...
